Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 5/21/2018 | No cancellation fee (before 5/22/2018). |
| 6/21/2018 | $150 fee for cancellations (between 5/22/2018 through 6/21/2018). |
| 6/22/2018 | No refunds (from 6/22/2018 onward). |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
