Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 5/20/19 | No cancellation fee (before 5/21/19) |
| 6/20/19 | $150 fee for cancellations (between 5/21/2019 through 6/20/2019) |
| 6/21/19 | No refunds (from 6/21/2019 onwards) |
