NH&RA’s Tennessee Developers Council Symposium is back in-person in Music City. This regionally-focused one-day event brings together the local development community and its partners. The program will focus on state-of-the-art affordable and mixed-income housing development finance strategies for developers in Tennessee and the surrounding region.

About NH&RA’s Tennessee Developers Council
Created in 2010, the Tennessee Developers Council (TDC) provides a forum for Tennessee’s rental housing development community to share ideas, network, and discuss policy issues related to tax credit and affordable housing development specifically being considered by the Tennessee Housing Development Authority (THDA) and State Legislature. Since its inception, TDC has been the sounding board for THDA to share ideas with the development community and to receive feedback more efficiently. TDC’s mission is to provide a unified voice for the development community on the most important state housing issues and to effectively and efficiently communicate concerns or feedback about state policies and legislation directly impacting affordable housing development businesses.

NH&RA has reserved a block of rooms for Tennessee Developers Council Symposium attendees at the AC Hotel Nashville Downtown. Room rates start at $169 per night, excluding taxes and fees. Our group rate will be honored through November 9, 2022, or when our block sells out, whichever is sooner. After that, room rates will be based on availability and market pricing. Please note that attendees must be registered for the conference to make their reservations in our room block.
