Evaluating Retrofit Financing Options
The first step toward boosting your portfolio’s cash flow is identifying the energy and water retrofits that will reduce your operating expenses. The second step is deciding how to finance them. This session provides insight into green financing mechanisms, including various grant and loan programs that are available in the local market. Special emphasis will be placed on how to select the appropriate product, weighing the pros and cons of various executions, terms, cost of capital, and how they overlay with different scopes of work and building and subsidy types.
