The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency announced that the Housing Incentive Fund, a state effort to create affordable rental housing, is resuming activity. NDHFA is accepting applications for development assistance through the Housing Incentive Fund, a program that has created more than 1,500 new units statewide.

Jolene Kline Appointed Executive Director of North Dakota Housing Finance Agency

Jolene Kline was recently Appointed Executive Director of North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA). Jolene has served as the interim executive director since the retirement of Mike Anderson in May. She has been with NDHFA since 19and was in 2006 was selected as the first director of NDHFA’s planning and housing development division, which is charged with helping communities address housing shortages and unmet needs.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced in Revenue Procedure 2013-35 that it has set the inflation-adjusted State credit ceiling for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and private activity bond caps for calendar year 2014.
