  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

House Releases Text For Economic Recovery Bill, Includes Many Items Advocated by NH&RA & CEFAH

The US House of Representatives has released the text for its economic recovery bill. The measure has not yet been assigned a bill number. The measure contains many items advocated for by NH&RA and our Council for Energy Friendly Affordable Housing.

Arkansas Issues Letter On LIHTC Allocations

The Arkansas Development Finance Authority has issued a letter that places priority on existing developments that previously received low-income housing tax credit allocations, but have not successfully closed or been placed-in-service because of the market conditions.
