The Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh will be hosting a webinar on June 14, from 11 a.m. to noon ET, that will provide participants with important information about how to apply for and secure funding through FHLBank’s Affordable Housing Program (AHP). West Virginia Corrects Form 1040, Pre-Registration Forms Due April 15
The West Virginia Housing Development Fund modified its 1040 form to correct the per unit credit limits. The pre-registration forms for nine percent LIHTCs are due by April 15.

Pre-registration for the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) West Virginia Multifamily Rental Housing Program Request for Proposals (RFP) are due to the West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the Fund) by 11:59 pm ET on February 14, 2020. The full applications are due to the Fund by 4:30 pm ET on March 31, 2020.
