City of Chicago Department of Housing and Economic Development (HED) is making available for public comment a draft of its 2011 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan. Copies of the draft plan are available by calling 312-744-0892 or you can click on the following link to download the Draft of the 2011 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan. HED anticipates opening a funding round mid-April 2011 through end of May 2011. HED will release more details as the opening of the funding round approaches. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.
