OHFA has posted the Experience and Capacity Review Application on their website. All organizations that plan to apply for the 2012 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program and have not already submitted these materials for the Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) program must submit the completed form on a disk with their Experience and Capacity Review. In addition, OHFA has also posted the latest revisions to the 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan to the website. The draft QAP is heavily rewritten and includes significant changes to the Experience and Capacity Section, Selection Process Section, Market Study Section, and Tie Breakers.
