The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) has compiled a new list of questions and comments regarding the proposed FY2013 GOAL Program Rating and Award Criteria (QAP). In addition to language changes in the Energy Efficiency category, the updated QAP includes a second basis boost provision for LIHTC projects in the thresholds section of the document.
