The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC) is accepting entries and nominations for the 19th Annual Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards program, which honor some of the best projects in affordable rental housing development. Projects placed in service on or after January 1, 2012 are eligible to be nominated. Entries may be made in the following categories:
- Developments located in a metropolitan area;
- Developments located in a rural area;
- Special Needs Housing;
- Senior Housing;
- Green Housing;
- HUD Preservation properties; and
- Public Housing
Entries must be submitted directly to AHTCC by close of business March 25, 2013.
