A draft request for qualifications for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation Multifamily Energy Retrofit Program is available for review and comment. This RFA is expected to be issued in July and Responses will be accepted 1 week later. This is currently estimated to be in mid-July. Any comments on this draft should be submitted quickly so Florida Housing may consider them and make any necessary changes prior to issuing.
