Florida Housing Posts RFAs from Geo RFA Workshop

The agenda for the July 16, 2015 Geo RFA Workshop and the 7-10-15 draft for each of the Geo RFAs are now available on the FHFC website as follows:

• RFA 2015-106 – Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties
• RFA 2015-107 – Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach, and Pinellas Counties
• RFA 2015-108 – Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Miami-Dade County

The drafts of RFA 2015-106 and 2015-107 include the applicable Limited Development Area (LDA) descriptions (set out in Exhibit C of the draft).
