The Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) has recently published several documents including proposed rules, applications and certifications all to be submitted for approval on June 24, 2016. The draft documents include:

  • 5-19-16 draft of Rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C. [NON-COMPETITIVE AFFORDABLE MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAMS]
  • 5-19-16 draft of Rule Chapter 67-48, F.A.C. [COMPETITIVE AFFORDABLE MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAMS (State Apartment Incentive Loan Program, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Housing Credit Program, and Elderly Housing Community Loan Program)
  • 5-19-16 draft of Rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C. (MULTIFAMILY COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION FUNDING PROCESS)
  • 5-19-16 draft of Non-Competitive Application
  • Draft General Contractor Cost Certification (GCCC), Rev. 8-2016 (for Housing Credit Applicants)
  • Draft General Contract Cost Certification Instructions, Rev-8-2016

These documents come as a result of three rule workshops and public comment. Notably, the GCCC was revised to include the cost of carpeting, artwork, and appliances in the General Contract fee.

A draft 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan is expected to be posted to the FHFC website sometime this week.
