Preliminary applications are due to the Department of Housing (DOH) and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) by May 6.
The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) is in the process of implementing a solar program for master-metered affordable multifamily buildings through the Residential Renewable Energy Solutions (RRES) program.
The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) will hold focus group meetings in preparation for the 2026/2027 QAP.
The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) administers the Affordable Housing Production Fund (AHPF), the Affordable Housing Production Fund Set-Aside (AHPFSA), the Urban Preservation Program (UPP) and the Workforce Housing Program (WHP), through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF).
