| TCAC is pleased to announce the new joint CDLAC-TCAC online application for projects seeking tax-exempt bonds and 4% tax credits. The joint application allows a single application to be submitted to both CDLAC and TCAC simultaneously through CDLAC’s online application webpage. We hope applicants and users find the joint application streamlines the application process and reduces application preparation time. Login to the online application to view this new option.
Joint application submissions will be approved by CDLAC and TCAC Committee members at their respective meetings on the same date; separate Committee dates are not permitted when using the joint application. Both TCAC and CDLAC staff will review the joint applications. For 2018, the joint application submission deadlines and approval dates are: Application Deadline Committee Meeting May 18 July 18 August 17 October 17 September 14 November 14 October 12 December 12 *Meeting dates are subject to change, please check the CDLAC and TCAC websites as you prepare applications.
