Indiana Updates Workforce Housing Set Aside in QAP

Background
The 2018-2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) states that IHCDA will issue a RED Notice identifying the qualifications for the 2019 Workforce Housing set-aside and reserves the right to utilize a different dataset if deemed appropriate. The eligible counties in 2018 were Bartholomew, Daviess, Gibson, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Warren, Warrick, and Whitley.

Qualifications for 2019 Workforce Housing Set Aside
IHCDA will utilize the same nine counties for the 2019 funding round. However, IHCDA is changing the qualification in 2019 to require that an application competing in the Workforce Housing set-aside must have 100% of its units in a qualifying county or counties.
