On September 13, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., Florida Housing issued RFA 2018-113 Housing Credit Financing for the Preservation of Existing Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments. To apply for funding, interested parties may access the complete RFA and the online Application at https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/developers-multifamily-programs/competitive/2018/2018-113.
Any modifications that occur to the Request for Applications will be posted on the Website and may result in an extension of the deadline. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to check the Website for any modifications prior to the deadline date.
The Application Deadline for RFA 2018-113 is 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, November 1, 2018. The Review Committee Meeting is expected to be held in January 2019.
