First, we hope that you and your families are safe and sound.  Because of Hurricane Michael, Florida Housing will modify the following RFAs to reflect extended Application Deadlines. Additionally, the modifications will clarify that all letters that are required to be dated within six or 12 months prior to the Application Deadline will be required to be dated within six or 12 months prior to the original Application Deadline, and therefore not affected by these extensions.

RFA 2018-106 Financing to Build Smaller Permanent Supportive Housing Properties for Persons with Developmental Disabilities

The original Application Deadline was October 18

The new Application Deadline is Thursday, October 25

There are no other changes expected.  The Review Committee Meeting will be held on November 29, and the recommendations will be presented for approval at the Board Meeting scheduled for December 14.

RFA 2018-110 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium Counties

The original Application Deadline was October 23

The new Application Deadline is Tuesday, December 4

The new date of the Review Committee Meeting will be scheduled for late February/early March and the recommendations will be presented for approval at the March Board Meeting.

RFA 2018-111 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Miami-Dade County

The original Application Deadline was October 25

The new Application Deadline is Friday, November 9

There are no other changes expected.  The Review Committee Meeting will be held in January and the recommendations will be presented for approval at the January Board Meeting.

RFA 2018-112 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach, and Pinellas Counties

The original Application Deadline was October 30

The new Application Deadline is Tuesday, November 13

There are no other changes expected.  The Review Committee Meeting will be held in January and the recommendations will be presented for approval at the January Board Meeting.

RFA 2018-113 Housing Credit Financing for the Preservation of Existing Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments

The original Application Deadline was November 1

The new Application Deadline is Thursday, November 15
