On Wednesday, November 7, at 4:50 p.m., Florida Housing issued a Modification to RFA 2018-113 Housing Credit Financing for the Preservation of Existing Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments.  This modification, a revised Exhibit A, and a complete RFA which reflects all modifications to date (both a blackline and clean version), have been posted to the Corporation Website:  https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/developers-multifamily-programs/competitive/2018/2018-113

Florida Housing modified the requirement that all Developments be at least 75 percent occupied as of the Application Deadline.  The modification states that Developments in Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Liberty, Taylor, Wakulla, and Washington must be at least 75 percent occupied as of October 1, 2018.  For Developments from all other counties, the affordable development must be at least 75 percent occupied as of the Application Deadline.

This language has also been modified in Exhibit A (the Application) and a revised Exhibit A has been posted. Florida Housing will accept either version of Exhibit A.
