The workshop regarding RFA 2019-107 Financing to Develop Housing for Persons with Disabling Conditions / Developmental Disabilities has been moved from 2:00 p.m. on January 8, 2019 to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019. The workshop will be available by telephone or interested parties may attend in person at Florida Housing’s offices located at 227 N. Bronough Street, Seltzer Room, Suite 6000, Tallahassee, Florida. The Workshop Notice and Call-In Instructions on page https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/developers-multifamily-programs/competitive/2019/2019-107 have been updated to reflect the new date and time.
The Tentative 2019 funding amounts and timeline on page https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/developers-multifamily-programs/competitive will also be revised to show that the RFA is expected to be issued in February, and Applications are expected to be due in March. The Review Committee meeting is expected to be held in April. The Corporation will present the Review Committee Recommendations for funding at the scheduled Board Meeting on May 10.
