The Florida Housing Finance Corporation posted an updated Development Cost Pro Forma for RFA 2020-103 Housing Credit and SAIL Financing to Develop Housing for Homeless Persons. The document was not allowing users to select the Development Category of the proposed Development in Row 32. This has been corrected. The complete RFA is available on the webpage. Applications are expected to be due on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. The Review Committee Meeting is expected to be held Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 2:00 pm ET.
