Florida Housing posted new drafts of the LIHTC Geographic RFAs and Development Cost Pro Formas.  Each RFA Webpage also includes a comparison document outlining the changes between the last posted draft and the new draft. This includes the addition of the Total Development Cost Per Unit Base Limitations, removal of language “been in existence and available for use by the general public as of March 1, 2020 but not available as of the Application Deadline because of temporary closures or service suspensions due to COVID-19 or other emergency suspension based on an official emergency declaration” in all proximity service definitions and other clarifications. Additionally, revisions in RFA 2021-202 include a reduction to the minimum number of units required for Pinellas County.
