The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will host an in-person roundtable on from 9 a.m. to noon CT on September 20, to discuss the Supplemental Allocation process as reflected in the Draft 2022 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn Austin Midtown (6000 Middle Fiskville, Austin, TX 78752). RSVP to Matthew Griego at matthew.griego@tdhca.state.tx.us 

TDHCA staff and participants will discuss timing and operational issues associated with the proposed Subchapter F of the QAP, which relates to Supplemental Housing Tax Credit Allocations. Staff from the Department’s Asset Management, Real Estate Analysis and Multifamily divisions will be present to answer questions and discuss alternatives. No decisions will be made at this meeting, nor is this a public hearing. The purpose of this roundtable is to allow interested parties to pose questions and have engaged dialogue with one another with the goal of helping attendees make informed public comment. Comments on the draft 2022 QAP are due by 5 p.m. CT on October  to htc.public-comment@tdhca.state.tx.us
