Montana Housing updated its Uniform Application, as well as LIHTC and Multifamily Loan forms. Projects in the development process will be required to use the new forms, including the Uniform application for all submissions going forward. This includes any significant project changes, ten percent and 8609 submissions for example. Projects in predevelopment will be required to use all new forms for submission. Beta testers of the version of the forms dated Dec. 1, 2021 can continue using that version as only minor changes have been made since then.
