The Board of Directors of Florida Housing Finance Corporation approved a staff recommendation to allow applicants that qualified as Self-Sourced Applicants funded in RFAs 2019-116, 2020-205 or 2021-205 to apply for the 2022 Construction Housing Inflation Response Program (CHIRP) Invitation to Participate (ITP) on the condition the applicants waive the right to qualified contracts. Responses from such applicants must be received by the Corporation before 3 p.m.ET on September 6.
