Florida Housing posted a draft of the 2022/2023 Priority I Applications Limitation Chart, pursuant to the 2022 Construction Housing Inflation Response Program Invitation to Participate (CHIRP ITP), to each of the following RFA Websites:

  • RFA 2022-201 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties;
  • RFA 2022-202 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas Counties;
  • RFA 2022-203 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Miami-Dade County; and
  • RFA 2022-205 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits.

The spreadsheet sets forth all Principals of each Development that requested CHIRP funding, as reflected on the most recent Principals of the Applicant and Developer(s) Disclosure form approved by the Corporation.

The Corporation will update this spreadsheet periodically as Developments receive final Credit Underwriting Reports. There is a column for the average points as set forth in Section F.2.b. of the CHIRP ITP. There is currently no data in this column, but it will be updated once all other data related to each principal is finalized.

If you have any questions regarding the spreadsheet, contact Elizabeth Thorp, multifamily rules and special projects administrator, at Elizabeth.Thorp@floridahousing.org.
