Florida Housing rescheduled the workshop for RFA 2023-103 Housing Credit and SAIL Financing to Develop Housing for Homeless Persons and 2023-106 Financing to Develop Housing for Persons with Disabling Conditions/Developmental Disabilities that had been scheduled for October 4 to October 11, 2 p.m. ET. Florida Housing will hold a Workshop regarding the 2022 Housing Credit Geographic Request for applications (RFAs) on October 12 at 2 p.m. ET. The workshop will be available through webinar (register here) or interested parties may attend in person at Florida Housing’s offices located at 227 N. Bronough Street, Tallahassee, FL. This workshop will cover the following Geographic RFAs:

  • RFA 2022-201 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties;
  • RFA 2022-202 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas Counties; and
  • RFA 2022-203 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Miami-Dade County.

Florida Housing also will hold a workshop for Request for Applications (RFA) 2022-205 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits on October 13 at 2 p.m. ET.
