Florida Housing posted drafts of RFA 2023-103 Housing Credit and SAIL Financing to Develop Housing for Homeless Persons and 2023-106 Financing to Develop Housing for Persons with Disabling Conditions/Developmental Disabilities. These drafts incorrectly contained information regarding Tier 1 and Tier 2 designations within the RFA. There is no Tier 1 or Tier 2 designation within either RFA and this language will not be included in the RFAs.
