Florida Housing will be modifying all open RFAs to clarify that when applicants provide an option to enter into a Ground Lease Agreement between the applicant and the owner of the property where the proposed development has an existing Declaration of Trust between the Public Housing Authority and HUD, i) $7,500 of additional per unit costs will be added to the above Maximum TDC Per Unit Limitation (“PHA Add-On”); and ii) the total corporation funding per set-aside unit for each application be multiplied by 0.93 (“Leveraging Multiplier”). Modified RFAs and Exhibit As are expected to be issued on Nov. 29, 2022 to reflect this change.
