Florida Housing issued RFA 2023-102 SAIL Financing for Smaller Permanent Supportive Housing Developments for Persons with Special Needs. The following documents have been posted to the RFA webpage:

The total amount of funding available in this RFA is an estimate and may be further adjusted based on the funding results of 2022 Construction Housing Inflation Response Program (CHIRP) Invitation to Participate (ITP). If adjusted, the final amount available for this RFA will be posted to the RFA Webpage.  A listserv will be issued when this information is available.

In the event the results of the CHIRP ITP permit the corporation to increase the Per Development SAIL Request Amount Limit prior to the application deadline for this RFA, the corporation will send a listserv announcement to inform all interest parties of the updated higher Per Development SAIL Request Amount Limit with instructions on how to adjust the Exhibit A application to incorporate the higher amount.

Any modifications that occur to the Request for Applications will be posted at the website and may result in an extension of the deadline. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the website for any modifications prior to the deadline date. Applications are due by 3 p.m. ET on March 21. The Review Committee Meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET on April 18. To attend the Review Committee Meeting via webinar, registration is required. A listserv will be sent out when the registration information is made available. The Review Committee Meetings recommendations will be presented to the Florida Housing Board of Directors during the April 28 board meeting.
