Kansas Housing (KH) announced that it will add a collective 522 affordable homes to their housing stock, thanks to funds awarded through the state’s competitive housing development application process. The awards, totaling $7.8 million in both federal and state tax credits and $5.7 million in HOME and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) loans, will create over $154M in equity to construct 328 new homes and rehabilitate 194 existing homes for Kansas seniors and families.
