New Hampshire Housing announced a funding opportunity through the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) enacted in 2022. The Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) provides more than $2 billion in funding for retrofits to make multifamily properties more energy efficient, climate resilient and healthy for residents. NH Housing strongly encourages owners and developers to consider the possibility of utilizing these funds for recapitalization projects to enhance the energy efficiency and climate resiliency of existing housing.
