Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (RI Housing) announced that it appointed Brett Pelletier as Chief Administrative Officer. A lifelong resident of Tiverton, Rhode Island, he was appointed on December 4 and is now responsible for the physical and support functions of the agency, ensuring that the overall mission of RI Housing is fulfilled. He is also tasked with advancing corporate efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Brett worked at Kirk & Company for 18 years and began his career as an intern in the Boston office of the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy and received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with minors in English and government from Bentley College, a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in finance from the Harvard University Extension School and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bryant University.
