The Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Department for Local Government (DLG) published the application and policy document for the 2021 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program for multifamily new construction activities. Developers applying in KHC’s 2024 Tax-Exempt Bond Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Western Kentucky Disaster Response may also request CDBG-DR funds to pair with KHC resources. Please note that the CDBG-DR application is a separate process from the KHC application; however, applicants are required to indicate in the KHC application if they are seeking CDBG-DR funds and the amount requested.
