The Iowa Finance Authority’s (IFA) Housing Tax Credit team has developed a series of helpful application tips to make the application process as seamless as possible for partners. The team is offering individual application technical assistance. Participants will earn points towards the Iowa Excellence in Development designation. As a reminder, the 2024 application submission deadline is April 10 at 4:30 p.m. CT.
