New Hampshire’s House of Representatives introduced H.B. 1470, which would establish a committee to study the feasibility of a State LIHTC, which the state currently does not utilize. The bill would create a three-member committee (two House members and one Senate member) to examine the feasibility and impact of a LIHTC program. Committee members are expected to report back to the New Hampshire legislature and governor by November 1. Each of New Hampshire’s border states utilizes the credit.
