The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) Annual Rental Activity Reports for the HOME and NHTF programs are due by February 28, 2026. These reports are required for all contracts for rental activities that were awarded in which the Written Agreement was signed either on or before December 31, 2025.
