The Oklahoma Department of Commerce published the State of Oklahoma 2026 Action Plan Update.  The document includes action plans for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS program, and the National Housing Trust Fund program. 

The final draft of the 2026 Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) is now available on the OHFA website.  View and download all 2026 QAP Materials  This final draft will be taken to the September 24 Trustees meeting for approval. 

Initial comments for the 2026 HOME Investment Partnerships Program and National Housing Trust Fund applications are being accepted through September 11.

HUD has released the 2025 Housing Tax Credit Income and Rent Limits.  

A HOME and NHTF Rental Activity Annual Report will be due Feb. 28, 2025.

The final application materials for the 2025 QAP are available on the OHFA website. 

Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requirements went into effect on Aug. 23, 2024.
