Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email us at info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 06/16/2017 | $150 fee for cancellations between 05/13/2017 and 06/16/2017 |
| 06/17/2017 | No refunds after 06/17/2017 |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
