  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Cancellation Policy

Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be sent to [email protected]. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date	Fee Assessed
Before 12/24/2023	No cancellation fee before 12/24/2023
Between 12/24/2023 and 01/24/2024	$150 fee for cancellations between 12/24/2023 and 1/24/2024
After 01/24/2024	No refunds from 1/24/2024 onward

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or [email protected].
