Cancellation Policy
Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

|---|---|
| Before 12/24/2023 | No cancellation fee before 12/24/2023 |
| Between 12/24/2023 and 01/24/2024 | $150 fee for cancellations between 12/24/2023 and 1/24/2024 |
| After 01/24/2024 | No refunds from 1/24/2024 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
