MHDC’s FY 2026 Multifamily Rental Production Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) have been approved by the Board of Commissioners, and both are now available on MHDC’s website. 

Applications submitted in response to the FY 2026 Multifamily Rental Production NOFA and Federal four percent LIHTC NOFA will be required to submit application information through two methods: 1) ShareFile upload of electronic documents and 2) Multifamily Application & Administration Portal (MAAP) online submission. MAAP is MHDC’s web-based system for the online submission and management of Multifamily Rental Production applications and processes.  

MHDC has scheduled various trainings to provide guidance on MHDC application requirements and processes, including a webinar walkthrough of MAAP, monthly MAAP office hours, and an in-person application workshop.  

Anyone planning to submit an application in response to the FY 2026 NOFAs is highly recommended to attend the following events:
