The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is proud to sponsor a Conquering LIHTC Compliance (with Optional A.C.E Exam) training. U.S. Housing Consultants’ Housing Compliance Trainer Randy McCall will delve deep into the LIHTC laws and regulations, while also providing real-world examples with practical application. This engaging and interactive session utilizes numerous examples and exercises to ensure attendees complete the session with a thorough comprehension of how to maintain project compliance and why it is so important to do so.
This two day in-person training will be held in Columbus (Westerville), OH on September 23 and 24. Training will be conducted in accordance with HOTMA regulations.
