Ohio Housing Finance Agency Software Upgrade – Temporary System Blackout  

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is upgrading its inspections software to align with the NSPIRE Inspection Standards to enhance their ability to monitor compliance and streamline inspections across all monitored properties.  To implement this upgrade, a temporary system blackout will occur from Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Sunday, January 4, 2026.
