Since opening the application for OHFA’s new permanent loan program, six developments were successfully brought through the OHFA Board approval process, comprising a total investment of $6.6 million and impacting the development of 451 units.

MSHDA will hold an Information Hearing on October 30, 2015 to take comments and suggestions for modifications to the QAP for 2017-2018.

Arizona Department of Housing has implemented new procedures to clarify the requirements for energy inspections related to Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects which received allocations in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

The Arizona Department of Housing has posted for review the second draft of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan and will accept comments on the draft until October 26th at 5:00 pm.

2016-17 QAP documents have been updated as of October 2015.
