In response to the mounting Coronavirus public health crisis, NH&RA launched a dedicated section of our website to keep stakeholders apprised of the evolving guidance. The webpage lists all news stories with the COVID-19 tag in the order in which they were added and stories can be filtered by state.

NH&RA is pleased announce a new created online discussion forum dedicated to helping our members navigate the COVID-19 crisis.  Members can post questions, share strategies and/or resources relevant to the rapidly evolving Coronavirus pandemic and how it impacts multifamily and affordable housing.

North Dakota Postpones Physical Inspections, Continues File Review; Hosts Virtual Public Hearings

In response to concerns related to the Coronavirus, the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) is implementing the following protocol for inspections and monitoring of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Housing Trust Fund, Housing Incentive Fund, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, FDIC Affordable Housing Program, Rural Rehab Loan Program, Rural Housing Investment Incentive Pilot Program and Law Enforcement Pilot Program properties.

Kansas Closes Topeka Office, Suspends Inspections

The Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) office in Topeka will be closed to the public until further notice. Our team will continue to perform their essential business functions and our operations will continue, but our office will remain closed to visitors. Colorado Suspends Compliance Monitoring, Site Visits

In response to concerns related to COVID-19, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is implementing the following policies for inspections and monitoring. CHFA’s policy changes seek to help minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of tenants, partners, and CHFA staff.
