All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to email@example.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

|07/16/19||No cancellation fee till 7/16/2019.|
|08/16/19||$150 fee for cancellations between 7/17/2019 through 8/16/2019.|
|08/17/19||No refunds from 8/17/19 and onwards.|
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
