Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to [email protected]. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
07/16/19 No cancellation fee till 7/16/2019.
08/16/19 $150 fee for cancellations between 7/17/2019 through 8/16/2019.
08/17/19 No refunds from 8/17/19 and onwards.

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or [email protected].
