Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
8/15/2016 $150 cancellation fee after this date
9/12/2016 No refunds permitted after this date

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting Irta John at (202) 939-1774 or ijohn@housingonline.com.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Attendees must register for the NCHMA Annual Meeting within fourteen (14) days of making a hotel reservation or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
