Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received by email to [email protected]. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
9/26/2021 No cancellation fee before 9/26/2021.
9/27/2021 No refunds from 9/27/2021 onward.

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or [email protected].
